It took all of four hours and four minutes for a special Neiman Marcus edition of the redesigned 2010 Jaguar XJ to sell out through the retail giant's Christmas book on Friday. Just 50 copies of the big cat, called the XJL Supercharged Neiman Marcus edition, will be produced. And they're all spoken for after brisk sales reservations last week.

We were talking about the new Infiniti Essence GT concept car fresh from its Geneva motor show debut – and Nakamura san was talking us around his latest creation. A LONG-WHEELBASE Range Rover has been showcased at the Los Angeles Auto Show. Decked out in exclusive Autobiography Black specification, the LWB Range Rover has 7.3 inches more legroom for rear passengers, along with back seats that now recline by 17 degrees compared to the standard version’s eight degrees. It will be sold in the UK, but it’s expected that the main markets for the new ultra-high-end model will be the USA and China.
